Located in the heart of Orleans, The Pants Factory Workspace is a family-owned, dynamic co-working space for local businesses, entrepreneurs, remote and hybrid employees, and creatives to work, connect, and grow alongside fellow Cape Cod professionals. The Pants Factory offers varying packages to meet our office mates’ unique needs - from dedicated office space, time in our conference room, or desk space within our open co-working space. The Pants Factory prides itself on our collaborative, welcoming culture rooted in relationship-building and a Cape Cod lifestyle.

  • I have been renting a space at The Pants Factory since they opened in 2017. At the time, I had been working from home, but with kids and a small house, I could never concentrate. I've loved having a space to escape to in the past 5 years and cannot imagine how much less productive I would have been otherwise. The location in central Orleans is so convenient for lunches, coffee, biking to work, yoga, banking, etc. And the people have always have made it extra special. I, along with my various team members, love the space!

  • Working from our office space at The Pants Factory is always a much-needed and appreciated break from my usual work-from-home routine. I love having a dedicated space to collaborate with my coworkers, meet with clients, and jump on calls. If working remotely has taught me anything it’s that meeting face-to-face - whether with our team, clients, or fellow office mates - cannot be underestimated.
